For comparison purposes, all AXCS Lodging Packages are priced based on a 9 night stay. AXCS members are welcome to adjust your trip to be a shorter or longer stay. Please note that if you extend beyond a certain number of days "early" or "late", your hotel may not extend special MWC2025 pricing. Further, with shorter or longer stays, AXCS will need to calculate a new total as the price per night changes slightly with shorter/longer stays.

AXCS Lodging Package Terms & Deadlines (updated May 28)
Note: AXCS urges all skiers to have travel insurance to protect your trip investment, particularly once we approach the October 15 hotel cancellation date threshold!
-> The $750 per person Lodging Deposit holds your room/ board space in your AXCS hotel for the number of nights you request until final balance is due. For Spring 2024 preliminary reservations, the Deposit is due received by AXCS as of June 14. For reservation requests after mid-June, the Deposit is to AXCS due as-soon-as-practical.
-> If you cancel at any point between June 15 - August 31, you will be refunded all but $60 (per person) of your deposit.
-> For cancellations between Sept 1 - Oct 15, all but $100 (per person) of your deposit will be refunded.
==>>> For cancellations as of October 16 or later, AXCS will retain a minimum $160 amount per person of deposits or final payments (a portion of that amount may be tax deductible) PLUS hotel cancellation penalty policies will be enforced as follows....
-> From October 16 until 21 days before arrival, 20% of hotel package cost will be non-refundable.
-> From 20 days to 7 days before arrival, 50% of hotel package cost will be non-refundable.
-> From 6 days to scheduled arrival, 100% of hotel package cost will be non-refundable.

Notable note about cancellation penalties, when needed, AXCS does have the ability to change your booking room status (for example, double booking changed to a single). AXCS can also help to find a suitable roommate if a travel partner can no longer go with you. Finally, AXCS can "replace" you in the USA allocation if we have new USA skier(s) interested in your hotel room. As soon as you suspect or know that you need to make changes in your booking, please notify AXCS (National Director J.D. Downing) asap so that we can try and help to reduce your penalty exposure.
