MWC2024 Lodging Packages

As is customary for AXCS Travel Packages, prices are listed in Euro (EUR) so that currency flux and transfer costs (neither of which AXCS can control) is adjusted over the year prior to the final balance payment. Even once finalized, the prices listed below for AXCS lodging packages are subject to minor changes over the coming year due to factors beyond AXCS control.

All prices are based on a 9-night stay with breakfast (yes, even at apartments!), taxes & AXCS trip fees included. Vuokatti lodging offers both a dinner and lunch + dinner supplemental packages (which AXCS will bill at exact cost in EUR).

As always, it is OK to alter the length of the MWC trip with earlier/ later dates if you desire. With any special date requests, be sure to narrow down your plan as soon as possible.

MWC2024 USA Hotel Packages

Break Sokos Hotel Vuokatti is a large, modern hotel probably best rated as 3+ stars. This is the same hotel Team USA used for the MWC2016 and we were quite pleased with the stay.

The hotel is located adjacent to the Vuokatti Sport campus and literally next door to the ski tunnel entrance. There is out-the-door access to the a section of the MWC race courses with an easy 5 minute walk to the race stadium. Food quality in the restaurant is very good featuring typical Northern European fare.

Hotel 9 night Lodging Package

Standard Double Room + breakfast Per person -- 815 EUR

Standard Single Room + breakfast Per person -- 1240 EUR

Dinner packages add 166.40 EUR over 8 nights (since you don’t need dinner factoring the MWC banquet).

Lunch + dinner packages add 256 EUR over 8 nights.

MWC2024 USA Chalet Apartment Packages

The chalet apartments are a few minutes easy walk from both Break Sokos Hotel and the race stadium.

2570 EUR based on two person occupancy in a 2-6 per- son unit. AXCS will adjust the cost for additional people.

Chalet cost includes bed linen, final cleaning, daily breakfast, taxes, and AXCS fees.

With apartments you can both cook some meals yourself in your kitchen AND add meals in the Break Sokos restaurant as you wish. Please note that breakfast in a nearby eating facility is included in your apartment pricing.
