MWC2025 Lodging Packages

As is customary for AXCS Travel Packages, prices are listed in local currency ( in this case Swiss francs CHF) so that currency flux and transfer costs (neither of which AXCS can control) is adjusted over the year prior to the final balance payment. Even once finalized, the prices listed below for AXCS lodging packages are subject to minor changes over the coming year due to factors beyond AXCS control.

All prices are based on a 9-night stay with half board meals (breakfast & dinner), taxes & AXCS trip fees included.  

As always, it is OK to alter the length of the MWC trip with earlier/ later dates if you desire. With any special date requests, be sure to narrow down your plan as soon as possible.

Kessler’s Kulm Hotel
Three+ star hotel located on the ridge separating Klosters and Davos. Access is via a short scenic train ride or via bus from either Klosters or Davos. This is the longtime U.S. Ski Team’s “home away from home” in Switzerland and our USA skiers staying here in 2017 completely fell in love with the place. Non-MWC ski trails are out the door.

Single in a Double Room — CHF 2215 for 9 night package (includes lodging, half board meals, fees & taxes)

Single in Hotel Guesthouse — CHF 1855 for 9 night package (includes lodging, half board meals, fees/taxes)

Hotel Piz Buin

Four+ star hotel located across the street from the Klosters downtown park and riverfront walkway to the MWC Ceremony Arena and Race Stadium. Outstanding food and beautiful rooms.

Double — CHF 1720 per person 9 night package (includes lodging, half board meals, all fees & taxes)

Single — CHF 2170 for single 9 night package (includes lodging, half board meals, all fees & taxes)

Seven Alpina

A 4 star boutique hotel in the heart of Klosters Platz (just 100m uphill from the river). Beautiful rooms, great food, convenient to everything.

Double — CHF 1720 per person 9 night package (includes lodging, half board meals, all fees & taxes)

Single — CHF 75 per night added to the per person double rate.

Hotel Steinbock

A 3 star hotel in the heart of Klosters Platz with com- fortable rooms, great food. Located on the northern end of the main village, so a bit more of a walk to the ceremony arena and stadium.

Double — CHF 1180 per person 9 night package (includes lodging, half board meals, all fees & taxes)

Single —CHF 1720 per person 9 night package (includes lodging, half board meals, all fees & taxes)

Silvretta Hotel

Four star hotel located across the street from the Klosters downtown park and riverfront walkway to the MWC Ceremony Arena and Race Stadium. This was one of our main hotels for 2017, but unfortunately USA only has two (2) rooms total at special MWC2025 pricing.

Double — CHF 1495 per person 9 night package (in- cludes lodging, half board meals, all fees & taxes)

Single — CHF 1855 for single 9 night package (includes lodging, half board meals, all fees & taxes)
 

AXCS MWC2025 Lodging Package Terms:

The initial lodging deposit holds your room/ board space within the AXCS Team USA allocation at a specific AXCS hotel for the number of nights you request until the final balance is due.

Final balance on AXCS MWC2025 Lodging Packages will be due in late Fall/early Winter 2024. AXCS will announce the date and final balance payment process as far in advance as possible. 

If you cancel at any point between June 15 - August 31, you will be refunded all but $60 (per person) of your deposit. For cancellations between Sept 1 - Oct 15, all but $100 (per person) of your deposit will be re- funded.

Refunds on cancellations after October 15 will be subject to MWC2025 Official Lodging Terms + AXCS retaining a minimum $160 amount per person (a portion of the AXCS is tax deductible). The MWC2025 Official Lodging Terms are:

-> Cancellation from October 16 until 21 days before arrival -- 20% of booking total plus AXCS $160 per person. 

-> Cancellation from 20 days - 7 days before arrival -- 50% of booking total plus AXCS $160 per person. 

-> 6 days - scheduled arrival -- 100% of the final balance paid via AXCS.

AXCS urges all skiers to have travel insurance to protect your trip investment!
